CKR/CAR problems
I can do them, and I can hold them for ages. (I won’t say I can do a move until I can hold it for a long time)
My problem is, my back seems SSOOOO far away from the pole. I will watch other people do it, and they are really close to the pole.
Is it my leg position? Cos I am worried this is the problem, and will have to start from scratch practicing my grip with my thighs differently.
Or is in because my back isn’t flexible enough? As I’ve looked at others and they don’t seem to be bending their back that much. Where if i wanted to get me anywhere near the pole I’d have to really bend my back. (Which I can’t do) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif
