  spinning on static mode

  Veena, You recently posted your May monthly challenge on You Tube. A person asked how you spin so much on a static pole. You directed her to your lessons. Do you, or anyone else out here, know what specific lesson you talk about the technique?

  I give you tips for momentum for each individual lesson. Its all about proper push off with the right leg and using your body for the right momentum…..look for all new spin lessons to have slow motion too. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
