Video direction or request
I was wondering if any of ya’ll could point me to a video that would have the combos I’m looking for. I can see them in my head but my mind can do wonders with how joints should move. so i was wondering if there were any videos with the side spin pose to a butterfly and from a butterfly down to a side spin pose? Which one might be easier? my butterflies are pretty hit or miss right now but i have a comp(my first one ever) on thursday and in my head one of these would fit in sooo well, but I don’t know how it would work. many thanks

Jannybugalicious on youtube does a lot of inverts from the side spin. She’s the only one I can think of, though.
