management software
hey! I was just wondering what some good management software is for studios. I like hearing reviews from people that have used certain programs before we decided to buy. They aren’t cheap. What my boss is looking for is something that keeps members IDs with pictures and credit card info, bank draft monthly, option for adding retail using their ID card/fingerprint ID to a tab or just drafting from same bank acct, book parties and store information on party packages, give access to studio with their ID at the studio door (gym type access). She also mentioned being able to send mass emails through the software but I’m thinking it would be easier to do that through normal email…i don’t know how that would work with it being software and not on a server…unless i guess it was connected to her webpage…?? Any suggestions are helpful…thank you!

I know a lot of studios, mine included, use MindBody Online. It offers all of the features you listed. Although for pole studios that offer parties, it does require some tweaking to make it work, but it can be done. Some of the setup can be cumbersome, but they are pretty good about listening to suggestions and regular improvements to the system, and they include several hours of training as part of the package.
