Muscle or tendon pain???
So lately this has become a problem for me in my poling… Mainly when I attempt moves that extend my legs into a v shape that I feel some pain and strain on my upper thigh/ hip area. The first time I noticed it was trying to doy fan legs for the first time- I can do them on one side for the most part but not at all on the other side due to this strain. Also the longer I work out the more sensitive it becomes in my pole moves, like in the v sit and such. I have tried some extensive stretching in the area (I feel it most in my splits) but it still doesn’t calm down. Has anyone experienced or heard of this sort of pain? Any tips or suggestions?
