what is the trick to the extended butterfly
i have my butterfly down, but cant extend it. what is the trick to doing that, i feel like i would have to let my body "fall" away from the pole a bit to be able to straighten my leg to get the ankle to the pole, is that how it feels when its right? does this move require a lot more upper body strength than im thinking it does? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif thanks for any tips! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif
