So after completely forgetting my previous login(v similar to this one) and making a new one, i am back…
I have my xpole now..yey,no more queuing at practice and being frustrated at small amounts of time spent on pole..so i cant do the carousel, not enuff room but i can try other things, ok so let me sum up..
I have been to two lessons, we learnt, the diamond lady, the cradle spin, some things i dont even know the name for, I climbed to the top of my pole and managed a lay out. Since getting my pole up (today!!) i managed a basic invert..a hands free thing and the scorpion one where u arch ur back, I do have one burning question tho..will my poor thighs ever get used to this torment?!!
Any one out there willing to suggest a few moves to try? just getting used to reserve grab spin thing..
    Thanks in anticipation guys xx

Are you looking for moved to "detenderize" your thighs?? I would suggest doing pole sits. They hurt like hell but do wonders at getting you used to using that skin!

Definitly practice your spins esp the chair spin if you are working on the reverse grab!

Other than that you keep working on the invert. When you say "hands free thing" are you talking about an inverted crucifix?? If so…keep practicing that!

Wow you’re doing great girl!! The pole sit is brilliant to help make your thighs less tender!! It hurts like hell but its worth it in the end. Do it a few times every practice and your pain threshold will strengthen very quickly! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

i’m also new to pole dancing and i defintiely feel you on the hurtin thighs! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif
i was able to do it one practice, although only for a few seconds making a very ugly face and breathing deeply!
i did it like 6-10 times that practice to try to get use to it. i never want to do it b/c it hurts so much but i have to force myself to b/c its the only way it will hurt less. the next practice after that i was able to sit longer and actually SMILE!! lol. not smile becacuse it didnt hurt, but it wasnt as painfull so i could try not to wince and scrunch my face in pain. you just have to do it ALOT and it will slowly, but surely, hurt less and less. just stick with it! just pretend that it doesnt hurt https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif lol
