  Free Goal tracker on internet/phone

  I wanted to use something to help me keep track of my goals better, esp. fitness ones. I found something that’s FREE, simple, can be accessed anywhere (internet or phone), and I can show my weekly progress using a link. It also has FB functions if desired.
