New to this on to meet new people

Hii there well my names nicole and i’m from a town called kilmarnock in Scotland. New to studio veena but so far I have found everyone so helpful and just like to say thanks. Only started poling last week and I love It so much have my own x-pole which I am never off. I am dying to improve so if anyone has any tips i’d be so thankful if you could let me know thanks. Well I’ve went on went on enough so thanks for Reading xxxx

Welcome to the family!!! Veena’s lessons are awesome if you are looking for some online help! She explains everything so thoroughly and demonstrates so beautiful. I’m thinking about purchasing them for the whole year when my month expires!
