  • Issues with House of Pole???

    I ordered a pole extender from House of Pole on 9/11/2010. It doesn’t show as shipped on their website. I’ve sent emails and have only received one response back saying they would look into it and get back to me. No one has gotten back to me. I tried to call the phone number at the end of their email, but I keep getting a message saying that the user is not accepting calls at this time. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m thinking I should cancel my order and just go through xpole directly, but I can’t get ahold of anyone to do that. I would think that after 12 days, I would have some kind of response or a ship date, or better yet, my extender.

    Not that this is an excuse but I know that the owner of HOP just moved. I am going to forward your post to her.

    I just placed an order with HOP and received pole. Fortunately, I received very good service and communication with her throughout the whole process. There was a "short" time frame where she could not be reached by me or xpole; however, she was traveling at the time and did not have reception via airport, etc. I hope you can get your order taken care of.     I didn’t order the pole. I already have a pole. I just ordered an extender. I can’t use my pole with out it though. It’s been almost 2 weeks. My pole is just lying in the middle of the floor angering my husband cuz it’s just sitting there. Of course, it would be nice to use my pole. I just want a "yes, it’s on the way and will be there this week." Or a, "no. we don’t have your order on record." My card hasn’t even been charged.

    Hello all,
    First of all I want to apologize to you or anyone else that has had troubles getting in contact with myself regarding House of Pole orders. I run House of Pole on my own and have been in a major transition in my personal life that has taken up more time than I have to spare. I won’t get into specific details here but I’m working on getting caught up with everything and bringing some help onboard so my customers don’t have to wait so long to hear answers.

    HI!!! My boyfriend just placed an order with house of pole, literally 5 minutes ago and then I saw this post. It is a birthday gift and I really was hoping to receive it before my birthday. I’ve heard that the customer service is awesome with house of pole, but I just want to ask SissyBuns if I could possibly get an estimate on how long shipping takes for a chrome xpert. Thank you so much!

    What state do you live in? I’m in California and it took mine 2 working days. Order was placed on Thursday and I received it Monday morning. That was awesome, however had to wait till weekend to put it up due to our work schedules https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif If you live in another state more than likely few more days. You ordered chrome, huh. Let me know how you like it when you get to practice on it. Once order was placed with xpole, I received shipping notification with fedex tracking number. Mine was bday gift also which is Oct 22, hubby gave me $$ to order by TG early. Don’t we have great hubbys!!

    EDIT: I believe House of Pole has to send order to xpole for shipping process to begin, once that is done it goes quickly.

I live in Virginia so it will probably take a little longer. Supportive hubby’s are awesome! My birthday is October 5th, so I got my pole as my gift and my ticket to USPDF https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif How are you liking the TG? I have only used stainless steel lil mynx poles at the studio I attend so I have no idea how chrome is going to be, but I will def let you know!     I wrote you (or your hubby, not sure which one it was LOL) back about when you should expect the pole to arrive. You should def have it before USPDF.     I’m looking forward to buying my own pole in the next few weeks. I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with the site. It do look like they are altering their website, and they offer no shipping and handling, just want to know before I order.

    shes reddoing the website. She now has a customer service rep as well helping her out. Her official launch on the new site is 11/30. They are adding items bit by bit for now.
