    I feel soooo much better when i stretch and workout every day.
    its all dependent on getting enough sleep! for me.

    i feel great just working out most of the past week on my elliptical,
    and stretching an hour or 2 feels soooo fab
    that poling is going to take some time to build up hand strength (i have a coupla nasty hand cuts, so off for a day)

    hi lis!

    i actually just finished a paper on stretching LOL! yeah, im a nerd like that. we had to do an SSD (single systems design project) where we implemented an intervention on ourselves or another person and tracked our progress. for my project, i did stretching and made a little chart, found out when the best time for my body to stretch was, how long i stretched, etc….anyways, i did this for about a month and a half (just finished the paper last week!) and i found the same results! i felt SO MUCH BETTER stretching everyday, more energized, more alive! i saw such HUGE improvements in my mood and how far i could stretch, im shocked because i never thought i’d be able to do a split and im so much closer than when i started, maybe in another month or so i’ll be able to do a split! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
