Flexibility
I am new to the forum and poling https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif and I am having heaps of fun. I am doing Jamilla Deville’s AOP and am on disc 1 at the moment and I’m also doing the body conditioning exercises which helps a lot with the strength training. I mostly need work on my abs and my butt muscles https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
No my only concern so far is flexibility – I am not a flexible person AT ALL even as a kid I was never able to put my hands flat on the floor or touch my toes.
Is anyone else the same? And how did you "train" your muscles to become more flexible. I also wanna do the splits https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif
