  I got the jacknife for the first time! I have to do it from a basic invert as can’t do it from floor, but whhhhoooooohhhoooo!!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cool.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cool.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cool.gif How exciting! Also got into position for Brass Monkey 1st time, but pole too cold to try to let go w hands. Just when I was getting SO frustrated w pole in general!   congrats!!!

  i get frustrated too..i’m super impatient and always want a new trick down right away, but i’ve only been poling for 3 months so i have a long way to go

  From basic invert is deffo the way to learn it, as soon as you’re fully comfortable with the inverted split grips from basic invert, you’ll surely get to getting into them from floor as well.
