For those of you who are a bit more technical StudioVeena.Com now has an RSS feed that will let you keep up with the goings on here in any program that supports RSS.  Most email programs will support this feature as will online readers such as http://reader.google.com .  Just another way to keep you guys all in touch with your favorite site.

Just wanted to chime in and say that I've been using the RSS feed (via Google Reader) at Webmaster's suggestion and it's nice – especially since the read/unread notifications in the forums are gone. I was one of those people that would skim through all the forums and either read them or "mark forum as read". I like knowing that I'm not missing out on any discussions that I feel I could contribute to.

It's pretty simple if you're new to RSS feeds. You just add a subscription by putting in the Studio Veena url and all the new forum posts and videos will show up in the feed. If you want to go to the thread itself, just right-click on the link and open it in a new tab (tabbed browsing is a wonderful thing… ). I'm still playing around with it but it's been very helpful with getting used to the new interface. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

    Thanks again, Webmaster!

I just played around with the Google Reader for a few minutes and, yes, it does seem helpful.  You can mark items as read/unread from there or star them to retrieve late.

If your only reason for using reader is to keep up with studio veenaits probably overkill. Where rss readers really excel is in bringing all your news together in one place. Almost all news and informational sites have rss feeds so you can just look at one place to get caught up rather than visiting several sites.

After Google reader shut down RSS utilization disappeared so we removed the functionality on the site rebuild.

Nachashlsis, have you added our SV icon to your phone or tablet? It’s a fast way to get to the site? https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/5323be07-4da4-4159-a10f-01b00a9aa0eb
