  Hi all,

  Im selling the above named 3 dvds.  Also have the roller and resistance band.  Can sell as a set or individually.

  How much are you selling the 3 dvds for. I already have my own bands and rollers. I live in ontario, canada. How much total with shipping?

  I know you sold them,…I have been eyeing these and just wondering what you thought of them? I have looked for reviews and not had any luck…your thoughts?

  honestly it depends on what ur looking for.  the stetching dvd i like .they spend time on splits which is what i need help with.  in terms of the foam roller,  i bought the trigger point grid series and think they are a lot better.  mainly because they r a bit more instructional and give more variety in their workouts.  they also provide different levels of intensity.  the conditionin was ok.  overall, i think they were all right.  i think they did a better job on the pole dvds then these.  and if u r buying them because of leigh ann riley save ur money as amy does the instructional piece.
