First performance ever…
So my first amateur pole comp is coming up in about 6 months, and I don't even know where to start… How do I make a routine that will be different to all the other girls? I've been dancing for just over a year, and I want to include some pretty cool stuff.
I've got a very flexible lower back, and I've got stronger legs than arms & shoulders… I'm having troubles trying to think of moves that incorporate both of these things.
