After 2 years of watching videos on youtube EVERYDAY and being on this site I finally ordered an X-Pole 2 nights ago.  I was so excited I could have cried.  There is only 1 spot in my house that can hold my pole so I asked my hub's to measure the height.  He said it was 9".  Well turns out it is 9' 2".  I wanna cry!  Can i get an extension for 2 " ?  I'm seriously going to go into a depression…Okay that may be a bit much lol….. if I can't use this pole.  PLEASE help!!

You'll notice the X-Pole finder on the right side of our site.  That is there so people don't get into this predicament 🙂  Just select your ceiling height and it'll tell you the extension length you need. We only sell the extensions prepackaged but you can call X-Pole and they'll be glad to help you out.

Pre-order it and they will ship it as soon as it comes in 🙂

Cheaanette…while it's not the most economical solution you could use a smaller extension. The 500mm will take your pole up to 10.5 feet but that is using various combinations of the extensions to attain various heights.

Since you only need to add 2 inches or so, and a 500mm is  much larger than that you could use a smaller extension. For example, to fit a 9ft ceiling you use the two main pieces plus a 250 plus a 125.

You could use the 250 plus a 200 or maybe another 250 to reach 9'2". Call Xpole US and ask and I'm sure they can direct you to the exact size.

You won't have as many options as you do when you order a 500 which would give you a greater range but if the backorder won't be in for a while yet or you're just in a hurry to get you pole up, you can just order the smaller one for now.
