I am thinking about getting a second pole soon. I have a lil mynx pole which was given to me as a gift. It's a good pole but I don't want anymore poles that will require me to put a hole in my ceiling. Are there any good poles that doesn't require me to put a hole in my ceiling?

    hi,

i have both xpole and platinum stage pole.  both r tension ones.  i really like the xpole over the platinum stage cuz of the xjoints.  it requires less time to put it up and easier to put together.  inbox if u have more questions.

I have an xpert xpole and it is fantastic! I don't think you can go wrong when buying an xpole. Their customer service is great and I would never trade for another brand!

Xpole ALL the way!  I have the static/spinning one.  It's a bit more expensive than some of the ones I've seen, but WELL worth it!  Easy to put up, and even if you have issues assembling it, you can call customer service and someone will walk you through it.  Can't beat that.

hi there! take a look thru the threads– xpole is great for multi piece poles, but if you are used to brass or stainless steel platinum stages may be a better option (especially if you are going one-piece pole) although their customer service is less reliable.

thx you yall for your replies. I really appreciate it. I am not sure about the xpole. I have read several issues with them regarding customer service. I think one xpole issue was posted here somewhere. I'm sorta leaning towards the plat pole but I don't know anything about the xpert xpole. I will check it out. Thxs again.

I would definitely go with x-pole. I originally was going to go with Platinum Stages as well, but they sent me 2 damaged poles and after the second one I decided I just wanted a refund. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I have really only heard good things concerning x-pole and their customer service as well as their product. I think they are a safer bet =)

customer service for platinum stages was terrible for me.  they sent my pole w missing parts i had to wait almost a month b4 i was able to play.  it seemed like one thing after the other w them.  they argued that they sent me everything.  hiowever, they forgot to send me the pin to mat the pole static and suggested that i put it together wrong.  very unprofessional dude on the phone.

as for xpole's customer service. they were great.  they stayed after hours w me on the phone to make sure i was able to put up my pole (xpert) cuz of an issue that i had in regards to the height of my cieling and a stage i put in.  i am sorry that i bought the platinum stage first.  the only thing i prefer about the ps is that it is easier to change from static to spin.

    hope that helps,

Thxs again for all your input. The Xpole will be my next Pole:) I read a lot of reviews, some bad, some good but that's with any product. Btw, I never knew there were so many different styles of poles.

Do you want a a multipiece or one piece?  For a multipiece the Xpole is definitely the better option, but it is more complicated that the PS to put up.  If you like a one piece better, PS is a simpleeasy design to put up and down within minutes and is less worrysome to care for.  I have them both and I love them both!

I will pop in wiht my vote for an x-pole. Mine is fantastic, I have had it for 2 years and no problem at all – i have moved it a couple of times.  I just wish my ceiling ws higher so I could have a longer one…

Ive been a big fan of xpole!  My pole is a xpole xpert.  I worked with them for my event, nothing but nice and professional!  Its sturdy when put up correctly. Once I understood how the xjoint worked, I was fine.

Gotta say I really love my PS pole… if you are going one piece it might be the way to go.

I use brass for class and have been totally spoiled by it! However the TG Xpert Xpole that I recently got has been working wonders!

It's nice to have the spinning option if you like doing a lot of static hold it makes everything look very graceful and flowing.. does take some getting used to though!

Had a great experience with Xpol customer service. Ordered it on a Friday and had it in my hands the following Tuesday and that was even during a holiday! Not bad!
