    Hi,

I am new to this forum, but have read a lot of threads in the last couple of days. I am selecting a pole for my home now and based on many reviews I'm now deciding between the gold titanium X-Pert and brass PS Extreme Super Pole (Multi Piece).

I've seen a thread where it's mentioned that the adjuster cover on the PS pole sticks out a bit and can cause scraping when sliding down. X-pole website states that X-Pert's "Metal Adjuster Cover simply threads into place creating a totally smooth pole from top to bottom. With no sharp edges or threads to scrape arms or legs, you can utilize the entire pole with confidence". If you own an X-Pert, could you please confirm if this is correct?

I would really appreciate any other suggestions that can help me decide between these two poles 🙂

I have an X-Pert, and that's correct.  No problems with scraping at all!

If you go with an X-Pert, I would suggest shelling out the extra money for the gold titanium finish.  My first X-pert didn't have it, and I slipped constantly.  No problems with the gold titanium though!
