So I have been feeling down for the last couple days….my better half is away for the next 2 months at boot camp…and I don't get to talk to him except through snail mail.  But I can send him pictures, so I wanted to send him some really nice pictures of me pole dancing!  I noticed that a lot of people's pictures on here were REALLY nice, and was wondering if anyone got professional pictures done, or did them at home, or how you guys did that.  I posted some pics on here from our practices, but they are rough and by no means "really good" ones.  Just wondering because I would love to send him some great pole pics, and not some rough, bad-lighting ones 🙂

    Heya! 🙂

Aww I bet your man will LOVE getting some pics from you!!! If you were closer I'd set you up with the gent who takes photos at our studio as he's pretty damn amazing!

If you take lessons, you should check with your studio, as they might offer this, might be interested in offering this or may be able to set you up with a photographer. If not you could most likely get a photographer to come into the studio and take some pictures, it's just a matter of finding a local one.

Ours has it set up this way (for $100/each):

    – minimum of 6 girls getting photos done (makes it worhwhile for the photog)

    – each girl has 20-30 mins

    – photographer provides a disk of all of the photos taken during your session, 1 for each gal (trust me, they can usually take quite a few photos in 20-30mins, I usually get about 110-120 pics back on a disk)

    – Choose your fav photo and he/she will print an 8×10 of it for you

Great part is, you still have all of those photos on the disk to take to a local printer / kiosk and print to your hearts content (and post on SV)

    🙂

    Thanks so much Sair!!

OMG your pictures look AMAZING!!! Wow!

It sounds like your studio has a great setup with your photographer!  And at a good price, too!  I would totally do something like that if our studio offered it…hmm might have to look into organizing something….and the girls at our studio would totally go for something like that too…that is such a good idea, and its obvious that it works out good because your pictures look fantastic!!

Thanks so much for getting me on the right track!

    You're making me blush!!! 🙂

Honestly, if you find a good photographer, you are golden! Guaranteed that if you talk to your studio about it, they'll have girls lining up to get photos done.

What woman wouldn't want great photos taken of them doing something so neat?

Some women like pedicures and getting their hair cut/styled… I'll take photos that make me feel good about myself over those ANYDAY! 🙂

I'm trying to organize one of these shoots and I finally found a photographer… yay!  I'd like to show him some photos in the style I like and just wanted to get the okay from you ladies before I show off your photos.  I particularly like the soft lit B&W ones and the low/side lit color ones with the black background.  If you've had 'em done and don't mind me using them as an example, please let me know!

    Heya 🙂

You're more than welcome to use anything you like of mine 🙂

You have to promise to post some of yours when you get them though! I'd love to see 🙂

Thanks Sair =)  And I definitely will post 'em once I get them done.  Organizing all this is more of a pain than I thought it would be.  Don't know how people do it on a regular basis.  Totally worth it, though, I'm so excited~!
