I have decided when I FINALY get to buy a pole I am going to get an x pole. I have reallly tiny hands and think i needs a 45 mm. Is that okay? does it create problems when you are doing stuff with your legs?

    Also, chrome or titanium gold?

    Thanks !

    hi,

i have just bought my 3rd 45. (i keep 2 at home)  i love em.  i havesuper  tiny hands and am able to get a knee hold no probs with it.  my first was a chrime and now i buy tg experts.  i also prefer xpole over ps's due to the costumer service.

ive tried a 50 and it seems to big for me.  i know u havent tried the studio yet but u might wanna call and see what they use.  the transition from home to studio n back will be easier if u have the same size pole in my opinion.

I practice on a 38mm and don't have trouble with gripping with my feet so you should be fine 🙂

Personally I just ordered a 50mm because I want to be able to pole on any size poles without trouble. So being used to dance on both the thickest and skinniest seems like a great idea to me at least 😛

i think i will go with the 45 mm then. i think the 50 will be to big…I was just afraid that it would be way harder to grip with legs/feet.

What about chrome or gold? is there that big of a difference?

xpole describes the differencebw the two  the best.  i had a chrome one and didnt like it.   tg is better for inverting and knee holds due to what ever  they put on the pole according to xpole if i remember right.  i personally think u stick better to the finish.  which what u prob need bein a beginner.  but thats just my opinion.
