St Louis classes?

I'm traveling tomorrow to St. Louis for a conference, which means I will miss pole classes!! Does anyone know of a studio in St. Louis that might have an evening pole class Thurs-Sun night?

I don't know when thier classes are but have you checked out Michelle Mynx's studio? If I was near St. Louis THAT's where I'd be trying to go! Good luck!

Hi Gecko, try out Fitchix (also known as The Fitness Studio), there are 2 locations in St Louis. The website is http://www.fitsexybody.com They teach cardio strip pole, burlesque, and more. I am an instructor there =) Message me if you have any questions! Drop ins are allowed for any class.

Good stuff ladies, are you are FAST! 🙂

My conference goes until 5:30pm every day, so The Fitness Studio didn't really have anything. (unless I'm missing something STLPoleDancer?)

However, Michelle Mynx had a good late night class… is anyone local? Can you tell me how far away are they from the arch? (where my hotel is)

Hey gecko, you may want to call the studio to confirm.. But I know there usually are 6 and 630 classes at both locations.. I would be going tomorrow, but Im getting a root canal! 🙁

I also forgot to mention there is another studio
In the Maryland heights area on lindbergh called Divine Body Fitness that teaches pole classes. Don’t know their drop in policy, but you could see if they have anything. They’re doing a party bus with pole event on sat, info

Hi! So, I take classes at Michelle Mynx's studio. It is awesome! I highly recommend it. She allows drop-ins so just e-mail her if you are interested.

Oh and Michells's studio is about 5mins away from the arch. I am very close to the arch too. Send me a message if you want more info 😉

It's not looking good ladies. My flight in was delayed tonight, so by the time I got here tonights class was already in session.

Looks like the only other class is on Monday night, and I have to catch my shuttle back to the airport then. SAD!!! SO sad!!

Yes, it is so great being able to take classes with her. I definitely feel very lucky!
