saw the videos emotioncatcher put up on this move… so cool!  How have I never seen this cradle invert before?  I've been playing with it in practice the last few days and now have a spine shaped bruise marching over my forearm.  (Honestly, I think it's pretty darn funny.  How often can you say you bruised your arm with your spine?)  Just wondering if this is a typical new move bruise, or if I'm resting too much on my bottom arm, or if I just have a bony spine.  Also if anyone has any cool exit ideas, please share!

i also got bruises from this move at my forearm of the upper hand. you should try to put less weight on your arm which goes around your back when you´re doing the cradle invert.

to exit, you could go into the archer, than into a pencil from there you can just sit up or put your feet on the ground like a reverse iguana mount. someone posted a youtube-video to one of my vids where a poler goes directly from the cradle invert into a archer and than back on her feet. if you do this fast it looks a bit a like a backflip =)
