Hot Yoga/Bikram Yoga = real flexibility?
Hi guys!
I was wondering about hot yoga and the results on flexibility.
I know some of you here have tried it and had great immediate results with it. I understand that the heat helps alot with flexibility but I was wondering once you're not in that hot environement anymore whether your flexibility is still there or not?
I've read a few articles that seem to point out the fact that hot yoga only works on flexibility while you're in the hot room but it's not real, as you don't stay fexible and go back to the flexibility you had before your hot yoga session.
I'd love to hear about your experiences and thoughts!
