SORRY HIT THE ENTER BUTTON FAR TOO EARLY..

Has anyone from the Uk order the be spun dvds, I WOULD LIKE THE STRETCHING AND CONDITIONING ONES BUT NOT SURE IF THEY WILL WORK IN THE UK, THERE IS NO MENTION OF WHAT REGION DVDS THEY ARE..

Thanks MsBKitty very much. just had a look, cant convert dollar to british pounds, shopping is 20 dollars,not sure what that is id british pounds, I will look into it..

Anyone have these dvds, are they any good?

sues – Shipping is approx £12.24 and each dvd is approx £18.35. I don't have them so can't help with that sorry!

I need help with stretching, I have to watch it being done to know what to do.

Im just not doing an y the moment as not sure how to do them right…

also need a good all over body work out..

I guess £12.24 isnt bad for postage..

Hi Sues!

I ordered the first set of pole move DVD's they released and have had no problems. They played on my DVD player but I think it's a multi region player. I've also played them on my laptop and they worked fine on that too.

Let me know if you go ahead and get the stretching ones – I'd love to know if they're any good. The pole move ones I ordered were great!

Yeah will do Polekitten..

I would like the conditioning one too , or all three in that set, may as well try get them all with the postage being 12 quid…

Just waiting on some spare cash and I will order them..

Thanks for your reply, I was worried about ordering them.. to find they wouldn't work.. Never thought about watching them on the Lap Top… lol
