Hi everyone 🙂 I just started to pole a month ago and fell inlove with it immediately 🙂 Im quite concerned about me learning too quickly and injuring myself.. At the moment I can do most of the basic spins, the Invert without kicking or jumping/aerial invert, inverted crucifix Cross ankle release, gemini/scorpio, advanced plank etc.. Am I moving too fast? and Im sort of thinking what level I am now.. sorry for all the questions, 🙂 Im sort of teaching myself and youtube's all I got haha :))
Can I post a video here from youtube? I got a couple of videos there that I wanna post here too 🙂
