I have an X-Pert and the instructions say that it includes the extensions that allow it to fit ceilings up to 9' (108"). My ceiling is EXACTLY 108"/9 feet, but even with both the included extensions, it's not fitting!

The instructions say all that are required to make the pole fit 108" ceilings are the B pole (40") A pole (36") and the two extensions (5") and (10"). But all those only add up to 96", that's 17" LESS than 108". There just doesn't seem to be a way that this will work!

I have measured all my pole tubes & extensions, I have all the right pieces! And I measured my ceiling like 5 times, it is definetly 108"/9 feet.

But when the pole is sufficiently tightened, the thread adjuster on the bottom ends up being like 7". The instructions say it shouldn't go past 5" long. (And when it's past 5", you can't screw those 3 screws back it to lock the pole in place)

I tried calling X-Pole, but they are closed on weekends, of course.. 🙁 Has anyone had this problem?? Or know what I could do to fix it?
