  Hi all! Just joined! I’m Louise from Ireland just started pole dancing and I’m addicted! Attended a beginners class to get the basic spins and inert but now I’m on my own with my pole at home learning from YouTube etc! Will put up some videos shortly, any advice, tips etc are much appreciated!
