Pole Strength Training Routine?? Helpful tips needed
Hi StudioVeena,
I just finished watching the Beginner Strength –> Conditioning –> Foam Roller –> Stretching series of instructional videos.
I am aiming to do the series above for a full body workout all on the same day, 3 days per week, until I can lift myself properly onto the pole.
Is that reasonable? What would you recommend as a good workout plan for full body strength? Or would you suggest possibly divvying up the exercises?
