So… I don't have a photo and forgot to make a vid.  Let's see if anyone can get it from this description:

looks like a pike with top of head and toes pointed to the ceiling.  pole is along the insides/backs of the legs and right up the bum.  hands are wrapped around the legs holding the pole.  kind of like the pole split but with both feet up.

Friend of mine saw it on someone's facebook page (and forgot to save the link!) we spent all day figuring ways in and out.  fun!  would love to know what it's called tho https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Do you mean like an advanced wrist sit but with your legs closed rather than open?

vinter – pretty close.  but instead of off to one side the pole is right up the middle.  lets you lean your legs away from the pole.  and both hands are holding the pole.  will have to try this one though, too!

polecat – by advanced do you mean with both hands above?  if so, its kinda like that. but your legs are between your arms.

We were going into it from a pole sit or wrist seat, then exiting into a plank or a kinda sideways drop.  Def still needs smoothing out, but I'll see if I can get a vid today or tomorrow if you want

I've always wondered about this one too!  Tried it from a Wrist Seat, but can only manage to get one leg in front of me.
