  Suzie Q and Toby J Masterclass coming to Colchester…

  Hiya Veeners our studio ' Vibe Ftitness'  is hosting the Suzie Q and Toby J masterclass at LA fitness in Colchester, its on Thurs 4th August, I have already been to the 3 classes at Polenastics on Sunday it was amazing so thought I would share this. At LA we are having 3 classes details below;

  Miss Suzie Q and Toby J – Performance work, doubles – £40 @ 12.30-2pm
  Miss Suzie Q and Toby J – Double Acro class – £40 @ 2.30-4pm
  Miss Suzie Q – Tricks class – £50 @ 4.15-5.45pm

  The doubles classes are fantastic working on balance and a really good section on

  handstands, we also did things like plank and superman with someone standing on your legs to counter balance so you could take your hands off. The tricks class was great too we learnt Q and Le Poisson and worked on handsprings, and some combos. Will try and add some pics…

  Don't think they worked, but we also got to buy some awesome pole vests and shorts with 'Nobody Knows I'm a Poledancer ' on too..

  Hiya – just read your post! 

   

  The workshops look like they were a lot of fun!! I am dying to get my hands on a pair of those shorts which say 'nobody knows I'm a pole dancer' do you know if I can buy them online somewhere?

  Hey Indiechick, it was soo much fun. I would recommend her masterclass if she comes again! She was selling the shorts while over here, if you message her on facebook – Suzie Q Pole she may be able to mail you a pair! X
