injurys oww, missing the pole , any advice?
i 've never posted here b4 so i'm hoping i'm doing it right,,, i was just wondering if anybody had any advice ,, 3 weeks ago today i fell on my shoulder doing the handspring, i've injured my rotator cuff on my shoulder and have slight tendonitis? i'm doing the exercises the physio gave me, and have had it bandaged up which i've just had to take off as the itching was doing my head in as much as the pain,, https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif i was just wondering if anybody had any advice on what i could be doing to improve it, i'm trying my best to rest it but it doesnt seem to be getting much better and i'm missing the pole so much https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_exclaim.gif grrrrrrr! any advice would be really great , thanks in advance if there is anyone who's done the same or knows of anything https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif bex
