Has anyone tried the new Alethea Austin stretch DVD's? I am thinking about purchasing them, but I don't want to spend that much money until I hear some reviews. Also I am thinking about the Be Spun DVD's, especially the conditioning one. If you tried them I would love to know what you think!

I don't believe anyone has gotten Alethea's DVDs yet.  She was having some sort of production problems.  We are hoping they will be shipped early next week.  There are quite a few of us who ordered these so I'm sure you'll get a review just as soon as someone gets their DVD.  I haven't seen the BeSpun DVD so sorry I can't comment on that.

I will stay on the look out for reviews to Alethea's DVD's.

Enigma–I can't afford to purchase all of the Be Spun DVD'sI I would like to try. 🙁 Which do you most recommend?

While I think the exercises on the BeSpun ones are pretty good I own them and do not use them because they aren't set up very user freindly to work out along with. From what Alethea has told be about hers they should be very user friendly.

I'm also waiting for the Alethea DVDs. Have been driving myself bonkers with anticipation.

I have a few of the BeSpun DVDs, if I had to pick one I would go for the Conditioning.

You did not ask for suggestions but there is another DVD called LiveOnce that has a wonderful variety of Conditioning lessons. Both the beginning and advanced DVDs have a conditioning section in addition to pole moves. Those DVDs give you a lot of 'bang for your buck'.

Veena's lessons are also very good!
