Has anyone everhad a problem with their hardcore pole? I just got mine put up and when I put it on stastic mode, it still spins.. My husband took it down and the base was inscrewed from the pole. He put it back up and it is still spining on stationary mode.

Hey hon, is "Hardcore" a brand name? I've never heard of this one, so I can't say if they're reputable or not! Do they have a website?

Did you order the pole from mighty grip? If so, call them and see what they suggest. It's always best to consult the distributor. I have never used a hardcore pole, so I can't say anything about them. I see their website isn't up yet (or is not longer up.)

Yes Hardcore was is a name brand it is out of Atlanta Georgia. I ordered the pole in 2010 but just now got my room done. I tried getting on theirs website as well but I couldn't find it either. Looks like I will be getting a new pole! What is the best place online to get a pole from?

Depends on what you want. It seems most people hate platinum stages. I like lol tnx and x pole.

So you want a semi-permanent pole or totally removable. Do you want stainess steel? Brass? Powder coated? Do you have grip issues? These are all things to consider.

The lil mynx poles are easy to install, but they only come in stainless steel (very slippery) or powder coated (very grippy but the coating can be scratched off.) If you can screw a mount into your ceiling, I'd go with lil mynx to start. If you have no grip problems, then get a stainless, but if you are a sweater, then get a powder coated one. You can always get different poles later once you improve.

Right now, x pole seems to be working out the kinks with their new x joints. I have had some troubles with my x pole. Don't get me wrong, I love my x pole. I have a titanium one, and the grip is gret, but I still worry that the joint will rotate, stripping the inside of the pole, and ruining the inside of my pole, etc. It's a headache. Go look at past thread on the topics of lil mynx and x pole.

I love my Platinum Stages pole. The issues seem to be with their customer service and not their poles… If you do order from them ask for a top loading pole.

my pole is from hardcore too & it does fine! did you screw the base plate into the floor? you can still spin it if not…

if you still need help try contacting Robin at pole waxers. i'm pretty sure they aren't making poles anymore but they may be able to help you trouble shoot.

good luck! i hope you can get yours off spinny & enjoy your pole. i LOVE my pole from hardcore! i'm gonna flip my shit when i have to have a different brand someday https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif, lol!
