  POLE JAM on Skype w/ SKITTLES

  I am planning a POLE JAM on Skype to celebrate the launch of my new personal website  http://www.SkittlesOnline.com

   

  I've been starting websites and deleting them since last fall . . .  at last I've got one up, LOL

  I also have SKYPE set up….

   

  Who wants to do a SKYPE POLE JAM w/ me?????????

   

  What's a good day / time for everyone next week??  I was thinking Wednesday night or Friday night…. Maybe after Friday chat????

  i can't make a skype jam next week on weds or fri, but it sounds like fun!

  Thanks Amy!!! Maybe we can skype pole some other time that’s better for then… How have you been????? Gosh, I’ve been off SV so long, I need to get caught up :). Are you doing any comps this year?

  hey skittles! i know, how have you been? super busy it looks like =)

  i'm not doing any comps… i've seen pole branch out into a lot of different styles but i've realized that the style that i enjoy best and is most authentic for me is not one that can be put in a competition. even though i love to teach and learn really challenging stuff, it's always been more about the dancing and emotion for me and less about the tricks. 

  i dont have a pole at home! i'm not sure how i could join in the jam fun except as a bystander =(

  @Amy:  I'm glad that you're enjoying teaching — I always enjoyed your style of dance…  Although I am a trixster at heart, I really enjoy performing… uh, minus the judging aspect that comes along with competing, lol.  I do look forward to continuing to compete though, my next goal is to do an international competition…  In hopes it gears me towards more teaching tours and performance opportunities :0)
