  Hello!I am new just signed up yesterday and just wanted to introduce myself.I have been pole dancing since I was 18 and after a few years of not working and not having a pole to work out on I lost alot of what I could do in my sleep 🙁 I am really trying to get back where I was and after looking around this site I think it is going to happen…hahaha.I really cannot wait to get my strength  back and have fun on my own pole…https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I really love how the pole would get you in shape really quick and how it is never really boring…

  I'm sure you'll pick up very quickly…especially you probably still have some muscle memory.  I got my own pole back in June and I can feel my strength increase a lot in just 2 short months…I'm a total newbie.  (Mind you…I work crazy hours so I don't even practice everyday…lol)

  Hi Noellenoir! Welcome! This is a great place full of really supportive pole lovers. You will build up quickly, like Mechie said, you have that muscle memory to get you back in line. 

  That's one of the things I love about pole too… it works everything and is great for strength building… confidence too.
