Welcome to the world of pole and Studio Veena! I'm from the Cincinnati area, but there are tons of awesome pole girls in Columbus! You should hit up Infinity Dance & Wellness out there. The owner, several instructors, and students are on this site, and they are wonderful good people. Maybe I'll see you at one of their workshops! 🙂

Actually, I did their "intro to Pole" class Friday night. I just got my pole last week. I signed up for a pole class this wednesday as well. There is so much I want to be able to do on it and am feeling a bit overwhelmed since I certainly don't have the strenght yet. In time…right??!!!:)

And time is what you have! Enjoy the journey! That is one of the main reasons I have stuck with pole for so long and do not foresee an end to my obsession and addiction. It's nearly impossible to learn everything! Just enjoy what you can do and how it will transform your body and your life. Have fun with the girls out there!
