An Essay Paper on Pole Fitness/Pole Dancing HELP PLEASE
Ok Ladies and Gentleman I'm taking English 102 this semester in school. And this week we are writing a definiton essay. You write the dictionary definition of something or the socially accepted definition of something. Then you explain the reason for it needing to be definined and anwser questions that most people would have on the subject. I actually got the ok from my teacher that I may write on pole fitness/pole dancing. The only problem is one of our cited sources has to be a dictionary definiton and the other has to be from a .edu or .gov site. She said she would give me some l leeway. As long as my cited source is from a certified fitness group I may use it. But I can't seem to find what I'm looking for online. Can someone please help? Also if you would like to help me think of what questions most people out of the pole world would ask when first finding out about pole would be great as well. Thanks in advance.

Great topic! Please post the final product. Wish I could help with the definition part. Some questions I was asked when I started: where do you do that? (I live in very rural Wisconsin). Are you going to do this for a living? (People tend to not understand the fitness part of it). What does your husband/child think of that? Good luck. I know you’ll get lots of good advice here.

Take a peek at this blog a few months ago, it might help to trigger some of those educational links that you need to get. It will absolutly help you to define the lifestyle of pole dancing, which may be an angel for the essay.
Another one of our amazing writers Clarie Sterrett, wrote a book of short stories about Pole Dancing. She is on FB and very friendly. I am sure that you can site her as a published author!
