Sexy warm up vid?
I saw in the responses to Veena's warm up lesson that she was going to post a "sexy warm up" at some point. Does anyone know if she did?
If not, does anyone know of a good one on line somewhere I can refer to? (sexy or otherwise)

Not sure if this might be along the lines of what you are looking for, but I’ve copied a warm up routine Dirdy Birdy has done http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_uri=%2F&gl=GB#/watch?v=OmJMJ41Wi3s before. Not overtly sexy if you were looking more towards that way – although there is a cute bit with her cat in it though lol.xx

That video is super cute! It is more of a freedance than a warm up to me, I don’t invert while warming up. I find hip circles and body rolls are great to warm up with, and they’re pretty sexy movements as well. You can even do them in heels to add some sexy-factor:)
