I recently started Jaime Easons 12 week trainer off of bodybuilding.com, I really like it so far and have truly gained muscle mass that is helping my abilities on the pole. I was thinking it would be super amazing if we made one (or maybe someone else) made one in which pole specific exercises were inserted in the regimen. Not necessarily like using the pole, but it could, maybe at the gym exercises the pro polers use to help themselves stay strong. Just a thougt.Any one have training experience or experience n cross training with some exercises they did to get stronger?

I just started the Jamie Easons program too!!, I'm on my first week, will be sneaking in a spin class once a week though, I can't not do cardio! I'm just not sure where I'm going to jam pole practices into the schedule? How are you finding it Bailahoops? what week are you in?

I haven't ordered the supplements yet, but there on sale for over half off, and it looks like a good price for what you get. I'm already taking everything that she suggests except for the BCAA's. Make sure if you pick up BCAA's you get it in pill not powder form. I've gotten the powder before and it tasted like freaking battery acid!! I made her recipe last night for the foil wrapped fish and the pumpkin protein squares and they both tasted delicious.

The program is free, which is amazing considering how thorough it is.

Hey guys! Yea I don't necessarily follow the diet plan, I eat paleo which actually has some similarities. And I didn't buy the supplements because I track nutrients in my diet and feel pretty confident that I am doing ok on my own, but if you have holes in your diet for sure fill them in with supplements!

As far as pole goes,  I generally fit it in on legs days and sometimes (I am on week 6 where it is 6 days of training) on the off I will try and pole, but my body is usually so fatigued by the rest day that I regret having poled lol.

But it is a really great program super thorough, and I have been writing down all my weights and stuff and I have increased a minimum of 10lbs on everything I lift, but in most cases more XD love it! I am gonna do the whole program, can not give up! My poling is more solid too, I am just a beginner but a lot of the poses that were giving me a hard time due to strength are easier.
