Phoenix and I had our first “doubles” session tonight… It didn’t go so well. We started out trying crazy moves that we can do individually (bad idea) and regressed to spins. My question is is there a logical/proven progression to learning to be an amazing doubles team? Obviously trying the “death grip” on our first go was not a good idea, but how do you get from a double Rev. Hook spin to a foot hang? Does any one know the steps (and can you list them)?
    Thanks in advance,
    Cocoa0

I don't have the answer to your move but pole dance dictionary has a "doubles" category: http://poledancedictionary.com/moves/?category=doubles

Can't wait to see what you two can do!

I would look up videos of doubles pole routines on YT.

Gravity plays favorites is an awesome pole duo team from St Louis.

I also have seen videos of Bobbi's girls in Australia doing triples routines for X Factor Australia.

I also think Karol Helms has some doubles with Star on her YT that are pretty easy.
