Has anyone successfully ordered these downloads? It seems like everytime I order somehting there is an issue! (printer, release date pushed back, etc etc…)
I saw these and thought I would get this because of the download- I could have it right now!
Well, its been a week since I purchased, the download link will not work…
I contacted them and it they finally answered that they sent it to tech and would send me a new link.
A week later, no link! I am sooo frustrated! I ordered a tank from the website and already received that. If I would have just ordered the DVD's I would have gotten them already. ( I hope)
Wondering if I should just cancel and get the DVD. I really wanted the download so I could view from my pad!

Wow! I didn't know anything about these downloads- that's pretty awesome!
I would say, e-mail them again. Explain what kind of computer you have, and what kind of issues you're getting (password doesn't work, you click and nothing happens, you get an error code of some kind), because those things will all help their tech support.
If they can't fix it, I'd say probably go for the physical DVD's…I know, it's a bit of a wait, but at least there's no chance of them not working!
I might have to save up some money for these, actually! Once I get a job, of course 😉

You can rip any DVD to ipod-compatible format with Handbrake Lite, if you're on a mac… =)

Thanks Gals, I guess I will cotact them again and ask to change my order to the DVD's. I have emailed them multiple times w only one response that it was sent to IT in the beginning. That is why I am frustrated! I would thik more than a week would have been plenty of time to send me a new link. I have a lot of computers at home because I home school my kids. 2 desktops, 2 laptops and a pad.. The link wont work on any of them so I am sure it is not a computer issue. It just spins ans spins and never takes you to the download page. Thanks Amy, I didnt know you could do that so the DVD will be fine then. SInce I got my pad- I take it everywhere and is now my preferred!

I STILL dont have these! I asked for the DVD if they couldnt get a link and they said they would overnight and still not here!!! Uggghhhhhh .. I know Im being impatient but that is why I ordered the download , so I could have it now… I even asked if I couldnt get them just for a refund so I could order / download something else. No reply! That is what I love about Veenas' lessons- you pay and you get it! lol
