Hey ladies, I find that I have a really difficult time doing turns and pirouettes moves on my carpet, not to mention frequent rug burns on the knees…ouchie. Anyone know any tricks or tips that can make doing turns and pirouettes easier on carpet?

I have dreams about wood floors in my next home….I can't wait to move…hopefully this summer it will become a reality *crossing fingers*

Go to lowes and get the little puzzle piece mats to stick around your pole. Legend has them in her vids. Check them out. I did the same thing cuz my pole is half on carpet, half on vinyl, so I have the same problem. They are in the flooring isle. They come in 4 packs for $20. You can cut a little hole in the center, w/ an x-acto knife, where they meet so it fits nicely around your pole.

I did the same thing, the puzzle mats on my carpet.  We replaced carpet months ago and I regret not having laminate laid in the middle of the floor where pole is 🙁   I think as time goes on, there will be obvious outline with sun from the window, but oh well!!

I purchased sheets of plywood and covered them in self stick tiles less than $100 project and I love it. You can see it in my last vid. or you could put packing tape on bottom of ur hells that works on carpet
