    Hi!

I'm currently working on the true grip iron X.

Starting from a true grip aysha, I can low my body horizontal to the ground, but I'm struggling to either stay in that position and try to rotate my body into iron X or pull myself back up to the pole. I can't hold the aysha long enough…

I've checked my arms position, they are slightly bent as I think they should be (as I have seen in Veena's videos).

    I think I lack some biceps strength…

How can I work on my arms strength, without getting into true grip aysha position (which is tiring for my lower arm…)? Are there any push-pull moves I can do with the pole or with weights to target those muscles?

    Thanks a lot!
