paid to “chat” via webcam?
have any of you tried to be a "Model" on any of those websites that "pay" you to strip, talk dirty, ect. online via webcam? i have once again found myself without a day job, homeless & in need of money REALLY bad! i still teach pole 1 night a week but i need to make more money…. any ideas or feedback about those sites would be great 🙂 thanks everyone!

I would work at a club before doing this, but that is me. I know someone who does work for a site…well, she and her husband. He photographs her and people pay to see the pictures. She will have people send her items to have photos taken with. I know a few years back they were making $2000+ a month but I am not sure if it is still the same today. I will also add that he has tricks to making the photos/her look good and she has had a ton of plastic surgery. I wish I could remember the name of the site…..

I've done this on MyFreeCams.com. StreamMate is another good one, as well as AdultWork. And as Chemmie said, StripperWeb is an AWESOME resource on camming. I didn't make a lot of $$ on these sites, but I was a non-nude model, and only did it for about 6 weeks when I needed a little extra cash. I didn't want to work in a club (I've never done that before) and didn't think i'd be comfortable with the face-to-face and contact.
I expected a lot more out of it after hearing some of the girls' stories, but I have to admit I didn't put a whole lot of effort into it, and was just started to establish some regulars when I stopped.

thanks ladies! i am like you miss kitty, i don't think i would be comfortable being naked so i bet i wouldn't make a lot of money but some money is better than none 🙂 if you don't mind me asking, how did you get paid? did they sent a check to you or was it done thru paypal or something like that?

I used to work in this industry for 6 years and it was very successful for me. However, with the recent economic decline, this industry is being hurt the hardest. I retired from this industry at a good time because now the money isn't as easy as it was before. I'd rather not talk about this industry on public forums but if you have any questions or want to learn more about it, feel free to msg me. 🙂

I opted to have the money direct deposited. I opened up a separate, special account for this, and from there transferred the $ into my regular checking account. There was one issue where my routing # was incorrect, and MFC notified me immediately. I corrected it, emailed them, and the funds were deposited the next day. I had the option of them mailing me a check, or I could get one of several "cash cards" which is a special credit card that they load with the $$ you've earned, and you can use it as a debit/credit card at any store or pull cash from an ATM. The MFC website when you go to sign up has several wikis for you to read before you actually start and apply that discusses all of this in detail. I'll post a link a little later when I get home. 🙂
