bow and arrow move? I cant find any videos of it..
Hi guys,
I have just got a move down which my instructor calls the bow and arrow, we initially learnt it as a static move but have now made it into a spin, from which I dont know how to get out of, so have been looking for vids for help.
The move starts with hooking your right leg around the pole at the knee (leg at hip height) you then bring your left leg up keeping it straight and hook your right foot behind the knee of your left leg. The left leg is facing the bottom of the pole, right facing top, your body is at 90 degree angle to the pole. We make this into a spin by lowering the right arm and putting your left arm underneath you on the pole.
I dont know if that description will make sense to anyone, but i wanted to see others doing it and cant find any vids using this name.
Any ideas anyone?
