  Pole picture ideas? Level 1 or 2

  So I know there are other posts on this, but most of the moves seem to be more advanced; so I was hoping to get suggestions for level 1/2 with no inverts, or any other pole picture tips (maybe outfits?)! It's my first time so I'm suuuper nervous!
