    So i have read all there is on itac, grip aids,etc but i was wondering what i can spray on the pole to keep it for getting slippery…Ive been to multiple classes and the teachers are constantly spraying some kind of alchohol concoction on the pole between moves..thought it was windex but that hasnt worked for me..any ideas of whats in the mysterios water bottle??

    I always thought that was a disinfectant….. ??? lol Talking with everyone they say powder coated poles are good for sticking on the pole…..so maybe some type of baby powder or something would help?

    ask them. different studios use different mixes but typically it's either windex or rubbing alcohol. if you have sweaty hands, you need to stop your hands from sweating, not make the pole sticky. take a look at this link…
