Posted by bluestorm on January 12, 2012 at 1:42 pmHi everyone! I’ve been lurking for a bit on here but finally my hubby just brought me veena’s lessons! I’ve had my pole 6 weeks and been trying to teach myself through you tube, I am hoping these lessons will help me on my pole journey, and looking forward to joining in some chats!

Thanks veena, I plan on starting right at the beginning 🙂 not sure about video’s yet! I’m still a bit rubbish, maybe once I lose my mummy tummy 😉

Welcome to SV bluestorm! The lessons are a big help, especially since their in order of difficulty. I did the self taught youtube thing too….the problem is knowing what to look for and whether you'll break something trying a move LOL. The ladies here are will make you feel right at home and offer tips and suport.

Hey veena speaking of planning workouts!! thats just what i was saying today, a plan and structure is soo important more important than i realised!! I came to this point where by i hadnt a clue what to do with myself!. So now i knw exactly what exercises to do but us need to plan it all out in a way thats going to work!! Any suggestions welcome.x.x.x.
