I injured my wrist on Christmas Day last, and found out today it's broken. I was working on the pole climbing and doing some basic spins and spinning pole exercises, but now I kinda need to stop till this is completely healed. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do in the mean time besides just stretching and maybe some cardio?

I'm getting restless being out of comission for a month already.

    Thank!!

Bellydance is good exercise. You wuldn't be able to do the hand floreo's but that isn't a big deal. Bellydance can definitely help you in your pole journey, though, by teaching you all the sensual fluid movements your body can do (and really tightening them up.) It can also teach you major coordination, multi tasking, and imrov dance; all good for pole. 🙂

Hooping (hula hoop) would be awesome too. Just find or have someone make (since you can't with a broken wrist!)  a 'real' hoop (as opposed to the toy hoops in stores).  Great cardio, coordination, etc. HOWEVER, the down side would be that it would be frustrating to start it one-handed, unless you can use your fingers of your broken wrist to help?

Sorry this happened to you, hope it is good as new quickly!

I'm still recovering from mine, but I never got a cast or anything. I recommend if you think it's broken go get an xray or mri right away because it could be bad. Mine could still be worse than I'm letting myself believe it is 🙂 I basically just stayed off the pole as much as possible, I could carefully lift weights as long as i didn't twist my wrist in any way. Until I could do pushups comfortably it didn't feel good on the pole.
